Royce Carrigan began his professional career as a commercial lender in Midland, Texas and transitioned to a role as a Director of Corporate Development for a private-equity backed real estate company. Royce entered and graduated from Baylor Law School after a successful exit and began his legal career in Houston. He left private practice to join a private-equity backed oil and gas company as its Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel. After a successful exit from this venture, Royce founded Flint Oak Energy, LLC which led to another successful effort for its investors. Royce Carrigan Law, PLLC began during this time when colleagues, entrepreneurs and companies asked for advice on a wide variety of legal matters. He now represents several established companies, private-equity backed entities, individuals and start-ups as outside general counsel. Royce, also, assists in litigation strategy, oversight and management working with a number of litigators and counselors.
